Last week witnessed a fascinating showcase of Chinese traditional festivals, painting our campus with rich cultural colours.

The activity kicked off with an arresting performance given by students dressed in traditional costumes, showcasing delicate calligraphy, lantern-making, and folk dances. The air was filled with the delicious scent of mooncakes and dumplings, making everyone's mouth water with anticipation.
活动以学生们身着传统服饰的精彩表演拉开序幕，展示了精致的书法、灯笼制作和民间舞蹈。空气中弥漫着月饼和饺子的诱人香气，让每个人的口水都因期待而流了出来。
Additionally, a lecture on the history and meaning behind each festival was delivered by a guest professor, which turned it into more than just a visual feast.
