考点归纳

通知包括口头通知和书面通知。通知的对象、事由、时间、地点语言应简洁明了，条理清晰。要求明确，特别是时间概念很重要,必须写得十分明确,不容丝毫含糊。
  1. 引出通知的常用语能有：That’s all. Thank you. 或 Thank you for listening. 等。以示礼貌。口头通知无需说明发布通知的目期和发布通知的人(单位)。
  1. 书面通知没有结束语。但是应明确写出通知的单位和日期。通知的发布单位和日期常写在正文结束的右下角。

经典表达法

  1. 为了...... in an effort to/aim to/ be aimed at/be targeted at/for the sake of/with the purpose of/with the aim of/with the intention of/be intended for...
      2. 为了/旨在/目标在于/针对/为了/以...为目的/以...为目标/打算用于…
       
  1. 首句表达 (目的+主题一引出活动)
      2. 1. In an effort to ..., (一个时间) will witness an excellent activity themed ....... will be held.
      为了……，（时间）将见证一场以……为主题的精彩活动的举行。
    1. Aiming to ..., (主办方) is going to hold ......
        2. 为了……，（主办方）将举办……
    2. With (XX节日) approaching, ...... will be held in our school to ......
        3. 随着（某节日）的临近，我校将举办……以……
         
3. 活动对象表达
  1. Any student who has a passion for/is passionate about ...... is welcome to join in it!
      2. 任何对……有热情的同学都欢迎参加！

4. 作品要求 (比赛类，征文、摄影作品、绘画、诗歌、视频、vlog等)
1. First and foremost, all works are required to be original, positive and eye-catching.
首先，所有作品必须是原创的、积极向上的，并且引人注目。
  1. To participate, you are expected to prepare your ...... which must be focused on the theme, showing examples of diligent and inspiring works.

5. 作品内容

6. 截止时间+提交方式+其他细节要求
  1. The deadline for submitting works is next Friday. Please send your works to the specified email address.
      2. 提交作品的截止日期为下周五。请将作品发送到指定的电子邮件地址。
2. As for deadline, all participants should e-mail your works to the Student Union by 5:00 p.m., October 5th with your name, class and a 100-word introduction.
截止日期为10月5日下午5点，所有参赛者应将作品连同姓名、班级和100字简介发送至学生会邮箱。
  1. Your essay should be within 300 words and must be emailed to school mailbox by the end of next week.
