Theme 励志 — 战胜困难 （大差不多都是这样）
举例：
• 他纠结痛苦
• 他决定跑完
• 他最终跑完
作文也就是写这三句话即可。
3. 确认作文的亮点 （翻译就是怎么写上面那三句话拿高分）
环境描写
一瞬间，一种令人窒息的… 席卷了(ruled) … 一阵强烈的 + 情绪 + 击溃了sb (对应前面主体结构的情绪部分）
